Me and My English

English is the language that be used in many countries. A lot of people from over the world use English to communicate  each other.  That the reason why we have to study English.
For me, Grammar quite make me confusing. It's hard how to understand clear about how to use tense and preposition because my first language doesn't have present past and future tense. For Example "Go" in Thai just use in the meaning "Go" but don't have "go went gone" . Moreover, There are many tenses in English such as present perfect, present perfect continuous, past perfect, past perfect continuous. I'm so complicated with them. Especially when I spoke, I have no time to think about it a lot. Sometime I spoke incorrect grammar used. However, I have to practise more and more.
Someone think pronunciation is difficult. In my opinion, it depends on that word. For instance, 'Shop and Chop' they are nearly pronounced that it's hard. In addition, I worry about accent. if I pronounced it incorrect, it maybe become another meanings like "Food and Foot"
I'll try to practise my English everyday in every way, My sister suggested me to watch movies without subtitle as mush as I can and try to speak a lot  although it maybe inaccurate. I would like to improve in every skill, listening reading speaking and writing which is the difficult part. By the way I have to ask about what I hesitates  as it said "Doubt is often the beginning of wisdom"   from now on....

First Impression

My first impression of Britain are divided into several parts. Many things are different from Thailand where is my hometown. Although I have known about them from another.
The first day  when I arrived London, The driver of the university picked me up at the airport and sent me to the house at Borough Rd.  My Landlord welcome me warmly. He showed me all parts of the house, after that I went to meet my friend who came from Birmingham  for buying something that I need. This time is seasoned sale so It's perfect for shopping!!
The public transport is very convenience in UK. Especially in London, I can go anywhere easily by underground or it's called Tube and there are a lot of buses to serve me wherever I lives. Moreover, If I would like to go outside London, I just take the train, It took time about 2 hours from London to Birmingham so I can visit my friend  whenever I want.
In addition, The weather in this season is quite good for me. It is cold around here but is not freezing. That make me feel comfortable. When I lived in Thailand. I avoided to leave my house in summer because Thailand have a tropical climate, it's basically warm and sometime too hot. Virtually Thai's families have air-conditioner in their house.
Everything in the country that will be my home for next 12 months is new for me, I believes that there are still many things waiting me to observe
